Terms of Service

1. Relationship with SaveiGoogle.org (SIG)
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, this is the SIG Terms of Service/Use (TOS), referred to below as "SIG TOS" and applies to all services provided by SIG. You agree to these terms if you use SIG for any purpose.

2. SIG Warranty/Liability
SIG content is subject to change at SIG's sole discretion and without notice. SIG content is provided 'as is' and 'as available' and your use is at your sole risk. SIG, its subsidiaries, affiliates and licensors shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special consequential or exemplary damages which may be incurred by you, however caused and under any theory of liability.

3. Changes to Terms
SIG may make changes to the SIG TOS from time to time without notice or your consent and they will be published at http://saveigoogle.org/legalese/. If you use SIG after the SIG TOS has changed, SIG will treat your use as acceptance of the updated SIG TOS.

4. General Terms
4.1 SIG services you use that are provided by another person or company may be subject to separate terms between you and the company or person. If so, the SIG TOS does not affect your legal relationship with those other companies or individuals.
4.2 If SIG does not exercise or enforce any legal right or remedy which is contained in the SIG TOS (or which SIG has benefit under any law), it will not be a formal waiver of SIG rights and those rights or remedies will continue to be available to SIG.
4.3 If any court of law having jurisdiction rules that any provision of the SIG TOS is invalid, that provision will be removed from the SIG TOS without affecting the rest of the SIG TOS whichwill continue to be valid and enforceable.
4.4 SIG's subsidiaries and affiliates are third party beneficiaries to the SIG TOS and are entitled to directly enforce any provision of the SIG TOS. No other person or company shall be third party beneficiaries to the SIG TOS.
4.5 The SIG TOS shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You and SIG agree to submit to exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in the county of Santa Fe, New Mexico to resolve all legal matter arising from the SIG TOS. Notwithstanding this, you agree SIG is allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or equivalent urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction.

5. SIG Content
By adding SIG content via a frame within a webpage (e.g., using frameset, frame and iframe elements) or other technologies, you agree to be bound by the SIG TOS. We reserve the right to terminate this contract and your use of SIG at any time in our sole discretion, including based on violation of this agreement.

 

 Privacy Policy

Cookies
SaveiGoogle.org (SIG) sends one or more cookies to your computer or other device when you visit SIG. Cookies are used to store SIG preferences and may be used for other improvements to the quality of service including, but not limited to, advertising.

Information You Provide
Email, form submissions or other communications you send to SIG may be retained to process your inquiries and requests and improve our services. We may use your email address to communicate with you about your inquiries and requests.

Log Information
When you access SIG services via a browser or other application, we may automatically record certain information in server logs. Those server logs may include information such as your web request, your interaction with a service, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, date and time of your request and one or more items that may uniquely identify your browser.

Third Party Applications
SIG may use and make third party applications and content available. Information collected by SIG is processed under this Privacy Policy. Information collected by the third party provider is governed by their privacy policies.

Information Sharing
SIG only shares personal information when we have your consent or when we have a good faith belief that disclosure is reasonably necessary to:

  • satisfy any legal process or enforceable request
  • enforce the SIG Terms of Service/Use
  • address fraud, security or technical issues
  • protect against harm to rights, property or safety of SIG, its users or the public as required or permitted by law

Information Security
SIG takes appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of personal data. Access is restricted to employees and agents who need to know the information to process it on our behalf. Those individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and are subject to discipline, including termination and legal prosecution, if they fail to meet those obligations.
